'Bachelor In Paradise' Is Back On!

Everyone can breathe now because 'Bachelor In Paradise' is back on!

That's right... TMZ broke the story and they have learned that the investigation is complete and the result? No sexual assault!

The show was originally put on hold when Corinne Olympios claimed she got so drunk and was left unconscious and gave no consent to having sex in a swimming pool with DeMario Jackson.

Warner Brothers then sent the cast home during the investigation process after only being there for one day.

On Monday, the company watched the video and claimed that Corinne was "fully engaged" through the sexual encounter and DeMario is in the clear.

The show is said to resume filming at the same location in Mexico and will still air this summer.

Warner Bros. also mentioned that the tapes of the swimming pool incident will not be released and that it's still undecided if DeMario and Corrine will be returning.
