During a Wednesday appearance on Ellen, Jenner Hudson opened up about why she and fiancé David Otunga still haven't gotten married after being engaged for almost nine years.
"I’m not in a hurry. He ain’t going nowhere,” she joked.
The singer also expressed shock when Ellen surprised her with the Grammy for her role in The Color Purple.
"I don’t have it yet,” Hudson noted of the golden statue.
“You sure do! We got it for you,” DeGeneres announced, presenting the trophy.
"What?! Thank you!” Hudson gushed.
"My first Grammy was given to me by Whitney Houston and now, Ellen, oh my god!”
