Amanda Bynes Could Be Going Back To Her Home Roots On Nickelodeon

TV insiders are looking to hire Amanda Bynes to get her back onto Nickelodean, the network that started her childhood career.

She first launched her career with Nickelodeon when she was 10 years old, starring in the sitcom "All That" for three sesons. In 1999 she eventually moved onto her own sketch comedy show, "The Amanda Show" which ran on air until 2002.

In 2012, Bynes received a DUI at the age of 26 which ended up landing her in a psychiatric hold by 2014.

A year later, she was seen happy and healthy on the red carpet.

Within the years, Bynes has "taken time off" from the lime light and enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, focusing on become a fashion designer.

Sources say producers have been "trying to reach" Bynes and we're told that they hope to find a way to "work with her again in a positive and healthy way." Saying she has "a tremendous amount of talent."

A Nickelodeon rep didn’t comment, but a source said, “We love Amanda, but it’s not true.”

In other news, Bynes recently posted a picture on Twitter saying "Stopping to smell the flowers on a gorgeous Sunday!" and is looking happier and healthier then ever.
